摘要
研究了哈尔滨市某住宅区生活垃圾焚烧发电厂炉渣的工程性质,测试了其组成、级配、吸水率、表观密度和压碎指标,试验表明垃圾炉渣物理组分复杂、级配良好,与普通混凝土骨料相比,吸水率高、表观密度小、压碎指标大。将其全部或部分替代普通混凝土中粗骨料进行抗压强度试验研究,分析了垃圾炉渣骨料对混凝土抗压强度的影响。
Engineering characteristics of the bottom ash from Harbin Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Plant are studied,including composition,gradation,water absorption,apparent density and index of crushing.It is concluded that the cinder has complex composition and good gradation.Comparing with natural aggregates,it has higher water absorption,lower apparent density and bigger index of crushing.The cinder is used as coarse aggregate completely or partially and its influence on compression strength of concrete by experiment is studed.
