摘要
为了提高综合评价的全面性、科学性和合理性,分别运用模糊综合评价法和灰色关联投影法对西部7省(区)1市高技术产业自主创新能力进行评价,在此基础上,利用模糊Borda法对两种单一方法的评价结果进行组合,得出组合评价结果.与单一方法相比,组合评价结果具有较高的可信度,可作为全面提升西部地区高技术产业自主创新能力的决策依据.
In order to improve the comprehensiveness, scientific and rationality of comprehensive evaluation, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the grey relation projection method respectively, the independent innovation capacity of high-tech industry in 6 provinces, 1 municipality and 1 autonomous region in western China is evaluated. On this basis, the evaluation results of two methods above are combined by the fuzzy Borda method, so that the result of combination evaluation is obtained. Compared with the single method, the result of combination evaluation has the higher reliability, so it can be used as the decision basis for promoting the independent innovation capacity of high-tech industry in western China comprehensively.
