摘要
完成了体内张拉成形空间网格结构1∶10缩尺模型的成形试验,通过模型试验实测结果与理论计算结果的对比分析,研究结构在张拉成形过程中内力和节点位移变化、支座滑动以及下弦预留缝隙闭合情况。研究结果表明,分次分批张拉对结构内力及节点位移产生一定影响,成形过程中下弦预留缝隙闭合速度相近。结构成形的标志是下弦水平,同时端部腹杆直立。确定结构成形阶段最不利杆件位置,建议在设计中采取加强措施。
The experimental study had been performed with 1∶10 scale model of internal tensioning space lattice structure.Comparing test results with theoretical ones,the mechanical performance were studied including internal forces,displacement of joints,sliding distance and gap closure.The results show that internal forces and displacement of joints are influenced by forming process.The velocities of gap closure of lower chord are similar during erection.The structure finally forms when the lower chords are horizontal completely and web members are erected.Test results indicate the position of critical-member during forming process and can be taken as the reference for the construction.
