基于盲信号的踝臂指数测量系统

摘要 针对踝臂指数测量中的下肢收缩压精确测量问题,借助盲信号处理方法,将获得的下肢混合脉搏信号分离成每一条动脉血管波动产生的脉搏信号,在此基础上,以加压袖带采集的脉搏信号的基频为基准,选择包含下肢收缩压信息的脉搏信号分量并计算出下肢收缩压,实现了踝臂指数的精确测量。 Aiming at the accurate measurement of the lower limbs systolic blood pressure, the blind signal processing method is used to separate single fluctuant signal of artery in the mixed lower limbs fluctuant signas. Then, based on the fundamental frequency of fluctuant signal measured by the pressure cuff, the fluctuant signal component of lower ankle systolic blood pressure is applicated to calculate lower ankle systolic blood pressure. Therefore the accurate measurement of ankle -brachial index is realized.
