摘要
用A型脉冲超声纵波对不同晶粒尺寸的304不锈钢进行超声声速测量,建立纵波声速和晶粒尺寸之间的关系。结果表明,奥氏体不锈钢晶粒尺寸随着保温时间的延长或固溶温度的提高而长大,水冷条件下的纵波声速呈指数衰减趋势,空冷条件下的纵波声速呈线性衰减趋势。
Ultrasonic velocities of 304 stainless steel with different grain sizes were measured by A-type pulse ultrasonic longitudinal wave,and relationship between longitudinal wave sound velocities and grain sizes was established.The results show that the grain sizes of austenitic stainless steel grow up with the prolongation of holding time or increase of solution temperature.The relationship between average grain sizes and ultrasonic velocities under water quenching shows an exponential decay trend,while under air cooling shows a linear decrease trend.
