老年高血压患者瘦素水平与颈动脉硬化的相关性 被引量:3

Relationship between level of leptin and carotid atherosclerosis in senile patients with hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨老年高血压患者血清瘦素(LEP)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:选取89例老年高血压患者,多普勒超声仪测定其颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT),据其分为IMT正常组、IMT增厚组和斑块形成组3组,收集其一般临床资料,同时用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清LEP水平。结果:IMT增厚组及斑块形成组体质指数、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)及LEP高于IMT正常组,差异有统计学意义。相关分析显示IMT与SBP、DBP、TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及LEP呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈显著负相关。结论:LEP可能参与了老年高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程。 Objective:To observe the relationship between level of leptin and carotid atherosclerosis in senile patients with hypertension.Method:Intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery were measured by color doppler ultrasound in 89 senile patients with hypertension,and patients were divided into normal group,intima thicken group,plaque shaping group.The serum leptin levels were measured by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay (ELISA).Result:Compared with normal group,the body mass index (BMI),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),total cholesterol (TC) and the levels of leptin in intima thicken group and plaque shaping group increased significantly instatistical sigmficuna.Correlation analysis showed that SBP,DBP,TC,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and LEP were positively associated with IMT and that high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was negatively associated with IMT.Conclusion:Leptin may be involved in atherosclerosis in senile patients with hypertension.
