我国政府社会性管制的经济分析——基于冲突解决机制的视角

Economic Analysis of Social Regulation of Chinese Government——Based on the Perspective of Conflict Resolution Mechanisms

与传统社会性管制研究路径不同,本文从社会性管制领域不同主体间利益冲突解决机制的视角入手,通过建立被管制者与代表性个人之间利益冲突时的讨价还价模型,研究了政府管制的效率对不同主体间利益分配以及冲突解决方式选择的影响。本文研究表明,有效的政府管制,将能提高个人与被管制者协商谈判时讨价还价的议价能力,进而促使谈判剩余收益的分割朝有利于个体的方向移动。本文的研究,对当前我国的和谐社会建设具有相当的理论研究价值和实践指导意义。

Different from the path of traditional social regulation,in this paper,the author starts the study from the perspective of the conflict resolution mechanism of the field of social regulation among different subjects of interest,through establish the bargain model of conflict of interest between the by regulators and the representation of individuals,study the influence of the efficiency of government regulation on the distribution of benefits among different subjects and the choice of conflict resolution methods.This study shows：effective government regulation will be able to improve the bargaining power of the individuals and the by regulators in the negotiations,and then let the division of the remaining proceeds of the negotiations move towards the direction of individuals.This study has considerable research value and practical significance for the current construction of a harmonious society in China.
