分工演化过程中知识分工网络形成机制的研究

The Research on the Formation Mechanism of Knowledge Division Network in the Evolution of Division of Labor

古典政治经济学中关于劳动分工问题集中在基于土地、人力、资本要素对经济增长贡献问题研究;新古典经济学对劳动分工问题集中在基于边际分析方法的均衡问题研究;制度经济学则集中在基于交易费用的制度效率问题研究。本文的创新之处是,将知识抽象为分工演化过程中的唯一介质,将知识分工网络作为劳动分工网络的实质内核,按照个体—结构的框架,借鉴神经网络技术研究成果,研究企业处理知识的特征、知识分工网络形成等问题,为诠释和拓展哈耶克知识分工理论作出有益探索。

In the scope of classical political economics,the research on the issue of division of labor concentrated in the factors of the land,labor and capital contributing to the economic growth,whereas in the new classic economics,it focused on the balance issue based on marginal analysis.In addition,the institutional economics focused on the institutional efficiency issues in view of the transaction cost.The innovation of this article includes the knowledge being abstracted into the unique medium in the evolution of division of labor,the division of knowledge network being abstracted into the virtual inner core,and examining the characteristics of business enterprise in processing knowledge and forming knowledge network division,according to the frame of individual-structure with the help of advancement in neural network research,which contributes to the exploration of the Hayek＇s knowledge dividing theory.
