为了促进环境法学理论的成熟与完善,避免在环境法学研究过程中误入歧途,学者们有必要遵循以下方法论指导:以环境损害作为环境法学的逻辑起点、以整体主义作为环境法学的研究立场、以环境责任作为环境法学的道德基础。

In order to promote the mature and complete of the theory of environmental legal science and avoid falling into the wrong way in the course of the study of environmental legal science, it is necessary for the students to follow the guidance of the following methodology： taking the environmental damage as the logical start of the environmental legal science; the integral doctrine as the stud- ying stand of the environmental legal science ; the environmental duty as the virtual foundation of the environmental legal science.
