摘要 采用低合金成分体系设计了一种新型高强高韧耐磨钢,研究了该钢在不同热处理状态下的显微组织、力学性能和耐磨性能。结果表明:该钢在合适的热处理条件下可获得细小的板条状马氏体组织及优异的力学性能;其抗拉强度大于1 650 MPa,屈服强度大于1 350 MPa,伸长率大于9%,0℃夏比冲击功大于40 J,耐磨性能与国外同类钢的相当。 A new wear resistance steel with high strength and high toughness was developed through low alloy composition design. Microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the steel with different heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that after the proper heat treatment the steel could obtain fine lath martensite and excellent mechanical properties. The tensile strength was above 1 650 MPa, the yield strength was above 1 350 MPa, the elongation was above 9% and the Charpy impact energy was above 40 J (0 ℃). The wear resistance of the developed steel was equivalent to the foreign steels.
