摘要
研制出一种弹簧钢用高温防氧化脱碳涂料,采用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、扫描电子显微镜和差热分析仪等对涂料的高温抗氧化性能、抗脱碳性能进行了研究。结果表明:在弹簧钢表面涂敷了防氧化脱碳涂料后,经960℃高温加热40 min后,涂层会自然剥落,基体表面光滑发亮,氧化质量损失率由原来的2.39%降至0.8%,降幅近70%,钢表面主要元素含量未发生变化;总脱碳层深度由原来的119μm降至7μm,降幅超90%,可以有效地阻止1 000℃以下弹簧钢的氧化与脱碳行为。
A kind of anti-oxidation and decarbonization coating for spring steel was developed at high temperatures. The properties of decarbonizaion and oxidation resistance at high temperatures of the coating were investigated through optical microscopy, microhardness tester, SEM and DTA. The results indicate that after the anti-oxidation and decarbonization coating was prepared on the spring steel, the coating could drop naturelly after heated at 960 ℃ for 40 min, the matrix surface was smooth and bright. The coating could decrease the oxidation burning loss from 2. 39% to 0. 8% which was down by 70%, the main element contents on the steel surface were not change, and the decarbonization thickness alleviate from 119μm to 7 μm which was down by 90%. The coating could effectively prevent the oxidation and decarbonization of the spring steel under 1 000 ℃.
