摘要
以316L奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,以带有保持时间修正的Manson-Coffin高温低周疲劳寿命预测模型N_f(△t)=f(ε_(pa),△t)为目标函数,应用免疫算法优化其参数并进行寿命计算;另对316L不锈钢进行了550℃和600℃的高温低周疲劳试验,并将计算值与试验值进行了对比。结果表明:采用免疫算法可较好地对该钢在550℃和600℃的高温低周疲劳寿命进行预测。
Immune algorithm was proposed to predict the low cycle fatigue lifetime for 316L austenitic stainless steel at high temperatures, taking the amendatory Manson-Coffin formula, Nf(△t)=(εpa,△t)as objective function. The high-temperature low-cycle fatigue experiments were performed for the 316L stainless steel at 550 ℃ and 600 ℃. The calculated results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the immune algorithm could provide effective prediction for the low cycle fatigue creep lifetime of the steel at 550 ℃ and 600 ℃.
