固相微萃取-GC-MS联用分析白芷挥发性成分 被引量:8

摘要 目的:固相微萃取-GC-MS联用分析白芷挥发性成分。方法:通过实验设计分别考察萃取温度、萃取吸附时间等因素对于固相微萃取白芷挥发性成分的影响,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测所得白芷挥发性化学成分。结果:实验所得的最佳条件:固相微萃取温度为60℃,吸附时间为30min,脱附温度为250℃,脱附时间5min。结论:共鉴定出56种化合物,主要是萜烯类化合物和酯类化合物。其中含量较高的成分有:雪松烯(16.24%)、雪松醇(9.76%)、柏木烯(8.43%)、环十二烷(7.89%)、月桂醇(6.45%)、十六醇(4.73%)、4-乙烯基-4-甲基-3-(1-环己烯)(3.95%)、n-乙酸十二醇酯(2.92%)、罗汉柏木烯(2.43%)、榄香烯(1.93%)、Z-11-肉豆蔻酸(1.83%)、石竹烯(1.42%)。
