面颈部恶性淋巴瘤(附21例临床分析)

Malignant lymphoma in oral and maxillofacial region: A report of 21 cases

目的：总结病理确诊的原发于口腔颌面部恶性淋巴瘤（ＭＬ）的治疗效果。方法：术后用ＣＯＰ或ＣＨＯＰ等方案化疗或放射治疗２１例患者，并随访５～７年。结果：３例死亡，１例失访。无瘤生存１７例中不足１年３例，１～４年８例，５年以上６例。

s Objective: To investigate the efficacy of surgical operation combined with chemotherapy or with radiotherapy on malignant lymphoma in oral and maxilloficial region. Methods:21 cases of malignant lymphoma in oral and maxilloficial regin were treated with local resection combined with chemotherapy of COP or CHOP schedule and / or local rediotherapy, and 20 were followed up for 5 months ～ 7 years.Results:17 of the cases were found no local recurrence and no metastasis, 3 died. Conclusion: Local resection combined with chemotherapy of COP or CHOP schedule and/or local radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of malignant lymphoma in oral and maxilloficial region.
