五味子与抗抑郁药舍曲林药代动力学相互作用研究

Study on Pharmacokinetic Interaction of Wuweizi to antidepressant sertraline

目的:研究五味子对药物代谢酶的影响。方法:采用大鼠反复灌服五味子提取物,通过比较对照组和给药组舍曲林的药代动力学差异,探讨五味子多次给药对舍曲林药代动力学的影响。结果:单次和多次给予五味子醇提物组与对照组相比,舍曲林的达峰时间由2h变为3h,达峰浓度有一定程度的增加(为对照组1.2～1.4倍),其中五味子多次给药组达峰浓度略高于单次给药组,其他参数如AUC和MRT等无明显变化。结论:五味子多次给药对舍曲林药代动力学有一定的影响,表现出一定的药物代谢酶诱导作用。

Objective：To study the impact of Wuweizi to drug metabolizing enzymes. Method：Comparing with the differences of sertraline＇s pharmacokinetics in the control group and the treatment group,the impact of multiple doses of Wuweizi to sertraline＇ Pharmacokinetics was researched after the oral administration repeated. Results：Comparing with the treatment group by single and multiple administration of the Wuweizi ethanol extract to the control group,respectively,the peak time of sertraline changed from 2h to 3h,the peak concentration increased （1.2~1.4 times of the control group＇s）,in which peak concentrations of Wuweizi multiple dose group was slightly higher than single dose groups;there is no significant changes for other parameters such as AUC and MRT.Conclusion：It has certain influence for multiple doses of Wuweizi to sertraline＇ pharmacokinetics,displays certain induction of drug metabolism enzymes.
