摘要
目前,不少医院在探索引资工作。我们认为,要做好引资,首先,应做好效益论证,其论证内容包括回报性、时限性。为做好论证,一要摸清市场情况,二要保证引资项目的先进性,三要做好投入产出分析。其次,应注意自身条件,即有较高的知名度、较好的医疗环境、有充足的病源等。第三,应有利于保证医院整体发展,即有利于学科发展和专科建设,也有利于医院两个效益提高。第四,应优化合作模式,一般以合资经营、合作经营模式较好,但其经营利润分为两个阶段,即还本期和投资收益期,分成比例在于双方商定。第五,应加强引资项目管理,防止资源流失。
Many hospitals have shown interests in introduction of foreign funds recently. This article proposes some suggestion for the successful introduction of foreign funds. Firstly, carry out a study on the benefit feasibility, which includes the analysis of return condition and time limit. To accomplish a good study, the hospital shall make a sober estimate of the market situation, ensure the advancement of project waiting for cooperation and analyze the input output ratio correctly. Secondly, pay attention to the hospital own situation. The hospital shall be with high reputation, good medical environment and sufficient patients. Thirdly, the cooperation project shall be helpful for the development of the hospital in a whole, that is, helpful for the discipline development and department construction and shall be beneficial for the improvement of the hospitals two benefits: social benefits and economic benefits. Fourthly, optimize the cooperation style. Generally, joint venture project or cooperative project are preferred styles. However, their management profit can be divided into two stages, that is, capital repaying stage and net profit stage; proportion of profit distribution shall be determined by both sides. Fifthly, enhance management of the project for introducing foreign funds so as to prevent loss of the hospitals resource.
