The method of identifying risk equipment in smart grid,the pre-control and the security measures to achieve the security and stability criteria were presented.The meteorology-and risk equipment-based grid security system was established.According to the external meteorological factors in combined with the dynamic anticipated fault sets,which were generated from the grid geographic information,power flow real time data and formation dynamics,the real time and scientific assessment of power grid security levels was achieved.
