智能电网中风险设备辨识及其应用

Identification of Risk Equipment in Smart Grid and its Application

摘要 介绍了智能电网辨识风险设备的手段、预控制和实现安全稳定标准下的安全措施。建立了基于气象及设备风险的电网安全系统,根据外部的气象因素,结合电网地理信息、潮流数据、生成动态的预想故障集,实现了对电网安全水平的实时、科学的评估。 The method of identifying risk equipment in smart grid,the pre-control and the security measures to achieve the security and stability criteria were presented.The meteorology-and risk equipment-based grid security system was established.According to the external meteorological factors in combined with the dynamic anticipated fault sets,which were generated from the grid geographic information,power flow real time data and formation dynamics,the real time and scientific assessment of power grid security levels was achieved.
