Study on Economical Dispatching and Operation of Smart Grid

摘要 智能电网利用电网实时动态监测系统的动态监测和高级计算功能,可进一步实现经济调度。利用PMU具备的动态测量电压、电流和相角的特点,可实现电量的测量;利用电网实时动态监测系统强大计算功能,采用灵敏度方法在线进行电网经济运行分析,可实现电网的经济调度;利用电网实时动态监测系统,可实现电网网损的在线计算分析和网损电量的统计,从而为电网运行管理人员提供电网经济运行的有益信息和指导;利用电网实时动态监测系统实现AGC和AVC的经济优化调控,以提高电网运行的经济性。 Smart grid can make more economical dispatching by using the dynamic monitoring and advanced computing function of the grid real time dynamic monitoring system: the electricity quantity can be measured by taking advantage of the features of PMU dynamically measuring the voltage,electriclty current and phase angle;economical dispatching can be realized by applying the sensitivity method to online analyzes the economical operation of the grid based on the powerful function of the grid real time dynamic monitoring system;the operation and management personnel can be suppilized with useful information and guidances by using the real time dynamic monitoring system to perform the online computation analysis of the net loss and the statistics of the lost electricity quantity;the more economical dispatching of AGC and AVC can be realized by using the grid real time dynamic monitoring system,to improve the economical efficiency of the grid operation.
