摘要
介绍一种基于地理信息系统(GIS)的变电站规划软件,设计了软件的总体结构和主要功能,建立了电网的GIS数据库。该软件用GIS空间查询和改进的遗传算法来实现变电站规划模块。经算例证明,该软件在实际变电站规划中可以减少不可行解对新建变电站位置选取的影响,同时更加符合实际地理因素的要求,为规划者提供决策依据。
The software for substation planning based on GIS was described.The general structure and main functions of the software were designed.The GIS database of distribution network was established.The GIS spatial query and improved genetic algorithm were used in the software to realize the substation planning module.An example shows that the software applied in actual substation planning can reduce the influence of infeasible solutions on the localization of new substations and meanwhile meet better the requirements of the actual geographical factors,which provide the decision-making basis for the planners.
