摘要
医院建筑质量下降存在内外两方面的因素,为此,应组织有力的管理组织,抓好质量监控工作。一是分解质量条款约定,明确处罚标准。二是抓好重点工序关键环节的质量监控,即基础阶段的主要工序质量、主体阶段的主要工序及关键环节;抓装修阶段的主要工序质量,抓水、电、通、卫的施工操作质量,以及贯穿各工序技术性较强的工作。三是严把主材及大宗材料质量关。四是抓部门间协作。五是加强医院建设工程质量管理与监控的组织协调。
There are both internal and external factors responsible for poor quality of hospital civil work, therefore, stronger management organization should be formed to strengthen quality control. Firstly, the contract terms on quality should be delineated with clear punishment standards. Secondly, particular efforts in quality monitoring should be focused on the key steps in key process, such as the main working procedures in early stage, key processes in trunk work, the water, electricity, passage and hygiene facilities in decorating stage, and the skill demanded work through out the whole process. Thirdly, large volume of raw materials should be strictly guaranteed with high quality. Fourthly, interdepartmental cooperation should be encouraged. Fifthly, the administrative coordination should be enhanced in managing and monitoring quality of hospital civil work.
