肾钙乳症的诊断和治疗(附12例报告)

Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Milk of Calcium(Report of 12 Cases)

目的:探讨肾钙乳症的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1998～2009年收治的12例肾钙乳症患者的临床资料:12例均经X线腹部平片和超声检查,4例行CT检查;8例行肾钙乳囊腔切除术,1例行肾切除术,3例无症状者作随访观察。结果:术前确诊为肾钙乳症5例,拟诊为肾钙乳症3例,误诊为结石3例、结核1例。9例手术者术后恢复良好,3例仍在随访观察中。结论:本病的诊断主要依靠X线、B超及CT检查。对于病灶<25mm无症状者,可随访观察;对于>25 mm有症状者,应及早手术治疗。

Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of renal milk of calcium. Methods： 12 cases＇clinical data of renal milk of calcium during 1998 2007 was reviewed retrospectively. All 12 cases received abdomen X ray examination and B-ultrasonography, 4 cases received CT. 8 cases underwent surgical resection of cyst of renal milk of calcium, and 1 case received nephrectomy, and 3 cases-without symptoms were treated by watchful-waiting. Results：The diagnosis of renal milk of calcium was confirmed in 5 cases, and another 3 were doubted having renal milk of calcium. 4 cases were misdiagnosed. 9 cases who received operation recovered smoothly, 3 cases still in follow-up. Conclusions： The diagnosis of this disease mainly dependents upon the X ray, B-ultrasonic and CT. The management of this disease may differs according to the size of lesion： patients with a lesion more than 25 mm and having symptoms should be operated on, otherwise may be treated by watchful-waiting.
