摘要
通过对磨损套管的三维有限元分析,确定并分析磨损套管产生应力集中的区域及影响磨损套管应力集中系数的因素。结果表明,套管磨损形成应力集中区域呈轴对称地分布在最大磨损深度两侧的一定范围内,在磨损率小于等于25%时,磨损区域全部处于应力集中区,大于25%时,应力集中区只占整个磨损区域的一部分;磨损深度是影响应力集中系数的主要因素,磨损长度只有在小于0.4m时才影响应力集中系数的变化。
The stress concentration area and influencing factors on stress concentration factor of wear casing were analyzed by using 3-D finite element analysis. The results show that the stress concentration area of wear casing is axisymmetrical distributed on both sides of the maximum wear depth within a certain range. When the wear rate is less than or equal to 25%, the wear area is all in the stress concentration area. Otherwise, the stress concentration area accounts for only part of the wear area. The wear depth is the main factor affecting stress concentration factor. And only when the wear length is less than 0.4 m, can it affect the stress concentration factor.
