摘要
难燃液压液是液压系统所用液压介质的重要分支,具有阻燃、环保及节能等特点,是液压技术未来发展的主要方向之一。介绍难燃液压液的类型及其理化性能指标;分析各类难燃液压液的使用性能及其评定方法;并针对各类难燃液压液的特点、液压系统的环境条件和工况要求,提出液压泵的选择方法。
Fire resistant hydraulic fluid is an important branch of hydraulic medium used in hydraulic system. It has the characteristics of fire resistant, environmental protection and energy saving and so on, and it is one of main directions for development of the hydraulic technology in the future. The types of fire resistant hydraulic fluid and its indexes of physical-chemical performance were described, and the operational performances and the assessment method for various type of fire resistant hydraulic fluid were analyzed. According to the characteristics of different fire resistant hydraulic fluid, environmental conditions and working requirement for hydraulic systems, the selection method for hydraulic pumps were proposed.
