磷酸浸取黄磷炉渣制备白炭黑 被引量:5

摘要 通过磷酸浸取黄磷炉渣制备白炭黑,探索磷酸法浸取的适宜条件,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热分析(SDTA)对所得样品进行表征。研究表明:在温度为90℃、磷酸质量分数为70%、正丁醇用量为3滴的条件下,白炭黑的最大白度值为67%,最大产率为63%,白炭黑颗粒的平均粒径为40~50 nm。利用黄磷炉渣可得到白度值较好、颗粒粒径小的白炭黑。此方法不仅提高了黄磷炉渣的利用价值,减少了其对环境的污染,而且可降低工业生产白炭黑的成本,节约资源。 White carbon black was prepared from yellow phosphorus slag by using phosphoric acid as leaching agent,and fitting leaching conditions were investigated.Prepared samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,and SDTA.Results showed that the maximum white content,maximum yield,and average grain size of white carbon black were 67%,63%,and 40~50 nm,respectively,when temperature was 90 ℃,mass fraction of H3PO4 was 70%,and dosage of n-butanol was 3 drops.Therefore,white carbon black with good white content and small particle size can be obtained by yellow phosphorus slag.This method not only increases exploitation value and decreases pollution of yellow phosphorus slag,but also can reduce industrial production cost of white carbon black and can economize on resources.
