摘要
以黄磷精制废液为原料,在脱砷的基础上,以双氧水为氧化剂氧化废液中的亚磷酸。研究了氧化剂用量,pH,反应温度,反应时间,搅拌速度等因素对亚磷酸氧化率的影响。研究表明,以双氧水为氧化剂,可将黄磷精制废液中的亚磷酸氧化成正磷酸,氧化率可达到85.44%。氧化的最佳工艺条件为:当废液处理量为100 mL时,脱砷剂双氧水用量为30 mL,反应pH为9,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为90 m in,搅拌速度为400 r/m in。
Method of oxidizing phosphorous acid in waste liquid of refining yellow phosphorus on the basis of arsenic removing was studied with H2O2 as oxidant.Influences of the factors,such as amount of oxidant,pH,reaction temperature,reaction time,and stirring speed,on oxidation rate to phosphorous acid were investigated.Results showed that phosphorous acid in waste liquid of yellow phosphorus refining could be oxidized by H2O2 into phosphoric acid and oxidation rate reached 85.44%.Optimum process conditions for oxidation were as follows:amount of dearsenification agent H2O2 was 30 mL,reaction pH was 9,reaction temperature was 80 ℃,reaction time was 90 min,and stirring speed was 400 r/min when the amount of waste liquid to be treated was 100 mL.
