摘要
用改进的方法合成了氯丁吗脲,并对其解热、消炎和对单核吞噬细胞功能的影响进行了试验。结果表明氯丁吗脲对大鼠啤酒酵母局部注射的发热的解热作用强度和降温维持时间与乙酰水扬酸相近。对巴豆油引起的小鼠耳炎有明显的抑制作用,较乙酰水扬酸稍强。氯丁吗脲对单核吞噬细胞功能无明显影响。
This paper reported the synthesis of plafibride by an improved method. The pharmacological activities of the domestic plafibride were studied. The results showed that the plafibride possessed antipyretic and anti infalmmatory activities and that were compared with aspirin. Besides, it didn't reveal that the plafibrid had obvious influence on the function of mononuclear phagocytes of mice.
