摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了镁及镁合金中锌、镍、铝、硅、锆、锰、铍、铜、铁、钛、铅、银、钙、钇、镧、铈和钕等17种元素的含量,对共存元素产生的光谱干扰进行了校正,并优化各元素的分析谱线及仪器工作参数。应用该法对镁合金标准样品(C65XMGAlO)和纯镁样品进行分析,17种元素的回收率为85.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(n=9)为0.5%~5.6%。
An ICP-AES method for the determination of 17 elements, including Zn, Ni, Al, Si, Zr, Mn, Be, Cu, Fe, Ti, Pb, Ag, Ca, Y, La, Ce and Nd in magnesium and magnesium alloy was proposed. The speetral interferences of co-existing elements were corrected, and the analytical spectral lines for determination and working parameters of the instrument were selected. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of standard sample (C65XMGA10) and pure magnesium sample, giving values of recovery and RSD's (n=9) in the ranges of 85. 0%- 110. 0% and 0. 5%-5.6%, respectively.
