二苄基亚砜固相萃取分离钯

Separation and Enrichment of Palladium(Ⅱ) by Solid Phase Extraction with Dibenzyl Sulfoxide

研究了二苄基亚砜（DBSO）对钯（Ⅱ）的萃取性能，并将DBSO与C18反相键合硅胶混合的固相萃取（SPE）柱用于钯（Ⅱ）分离。钯（Ⅱ）在pH2的盐酸溶液中，以1．0～2．0mL·min^-1流速通过混有一定量BDSO的SPE柱。用50g·L^-1硫脲的0．01mol·L^-1盐酸溶液作为洗脱液，将钯（Ⅱ）从柱上洗脱。用光度法测定洗脱液中钯量，回收率达90％以上。应用该法分析了两件样品，钯含量的测定值与原子吸收光谱法测定结果相一致。

The extractive property of dibenzyl sulfoxide （DBSO） toward Pd（ Ⅱ ） was studied, and mixture of DBSO and C18 reverse phase bonding silica gel was used for SPE separation of Pd（ Ⅱ ）. A HCl solution of pH 2. 0 containing Pd（Ⅱ ） was passed through the SPE column at a flow rate of 1.0--2. 0 mL · min^-1. A solution of 50 g·L^-1 thiourea in 0. 01mol· L^-1 HCl was used as eluant to desorb Pd（ Ⅱ ） from the column, and Pd（ Ⅱ ） in the eluate was determined photometrically. Values of recovery were found to be more than 90%. The proposed method was used in the analysis of two samples, the results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by AAS.
