FDI对省际工业能源效率的影响

On the Impact of FDI on Inter-provincial Industrial Energy Efficiency

以2005-2007年各省区的工业能源效率为研究对象,探讨了外资企业进入对工业能源效率所产生的影响。进行检验后发现,由于普遍整体的技术水平要高于国内企业,外资进入总体上会提高省区的工业能源效率;而由于企业性质不同,即港澳台企业相对于其他外资企业来说规模偏小、环保意识较差、生产和环境技术较差等,导致港澳台外资对能源效率的影响要小于其他外资对能源效率的影响,并且这种影响具有一定的稳定性。

Taking the industrial energy efficiency of different provinces from 2005 to 2007 as the research object,this paper probes into the impact of FDI on industrial energy efficiency.The results indicate that FDI can increase the industrial energy efficiency on the whole as FDI owes more advanced technology than local firms.However,due to different nature of enterprises,i.e.FDI from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan is of smaller scale,less awareness of environmental protection and lower production and environmental technology than that from other countries,FDI from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan has smaller impact on energy efficiency than that from other countries.Besides,this impact has certain stability.
