摘要
为获得耐氧化、抗腐蚀的易成型集流板,选用氟橡胶(FPM)为基础材料,掺杂炭黑(CB)、石墨(GP)和碳纤维(CF)混炼制备高导电复合材料。用扫描电子显微镜、四探针法和循环充放电法考察了复合材料的结构、导电性及电化学性能。研究结果表明:三种导电填料复配使用能制得体积电阻率0.152 Ω·cm、一次成型的集流板。组装的单电池电压效率超过72%,库容效率约92%,总能量效率超过66%,且稳定性良好。
In order to get a kind of current collector which is antioxidant,anti-eroding and easy forming,a high conductive composite was prepared by doping carbon black(CB),graphite(GP) and carbon fibre in fluoro rubber.The structure,conductivity and electrochemical performance of the composite was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),four probes method and constant current charge-discharge,respectively.The results show that the volume resistance of the current collector is 0.152 Ω·cm and which can be once-forming when mixing CB,GP and CF.A single vanadium redox flow battery has high stability when assembling with these collectors.The average current efficiency,the average voltage efficiency and the average energy efficiency reaches 92%,72%,and 66%,respectively.
