摘要
对心肺联合移植的大鼠进行病理组织学观察。结果发现：移植肺的急性排斥反应有出血、肺泡腔内渗出物、脓肿、淋巴细胞及单核细胞浸润。慢性排斥反应有肺泡上皮细胞增生、纤维结统组织增生。移植心脏的排斥反应主要为心肌的变性、坏死、充血及淋巴细胞、单核细胞浸润等。
The rats with heart lung transplantation were observed in histopetholopy. The results showed that the transplanted lung caused atute and chronic rejection. The acute rejection manifested hemorrhage, exudate in lung alveoli, abscess, lymphocytes and monocytes infiltration. The chronic rejection manifested epithelioid cells of lung alveoli and interstitial fibrous tissue proliferation. The transplanted heart cause myocytes dngeneration and necrosis, myocardial interstitial tissues hyperemia and edema, lymphocytes and monocytes infiltration.
