改良式两段内循环厌氧反应器处理养猪废水 被引量:11

Improved Two-stage IC Anaerobic Reactor for Pig Farm Wastewater Treatment

摘要 采用氨氮吹脱/两段式内循环厌氧反应器(IC)/SBR工艺处理养猪场高浓度有机废水。在调节池中投加石灰调节pH值到10左右,利用穿孔吹脱的方式去除水中的游离氨氮,设计中利用两段改良式IC反应器的串联去除废水中的高浓度有机物。结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,工艺运行稳定、经济。系统的COD去除率达98%,BOD5去除率达97.3%,SS总去除率为98.8%,氨氮去除率达97.1%。出水各项指标均优于《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596—2001)的要求。 Ammonia stripping/two-stage internal circulation (IC) reactor/SBR process was used to treat high-concentration organic wastewater from pig farm. Lime is added to adjust pH to 10 in equalization tank, perforated stripping is used to remove free ammonia, and two-stage improved IC reactors in series are used to remove high concentrations of organics in wastewater. The results show that the process has good treatment efficiency, stable and economic operation. The removal rates of COD, BOD5 , SS and NH3 - N are up to 98% , 97.3% , 98.8% and 97.1% respectively. The effluent quality is better than Discharge Standard of PoUutantsfor Livestock and Poultry Breeding (GB 18596 -2001 ).
