残缺制水工艺在沙坪坝水厂重建过程中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Incomplete Water Production Technology in Reconstruction of Shapingba Water Treatment Plant

摘要 在沙坪坝水厂重建工程中,由于多方面原因,只能在原厂址上进行不停产重建,但出水水质、水量都难以保证。为解决这一难题,提出了残缺制水工艺,并应用到实际工程中。结果表明,结合水质和需水量的季节性变化,合理安排重建施工计划,同时通过增加药耗来控制原水浊度等措施能够有效地保障水厂在不停产状态下进行重建。 In the reconstruction of Shapingba Water Treatment Plant, for many reasons, the nonstop production reconstruction must be performed at the original site, and the outflow quality and quantity were difficult to be ensured. To solve the problem, an incomplete water production process was put for- ward and was applied in the project. The results show that if the operation schedule in construction is rationally arranged by taking the seasonal variation of the quality and water demand into consideration, and the turbidity of source water is controlled by increasing chemical dosage, the non-stop production recon- struction of water plant can be realized.
