预处理/反渗透耦合工艺深度处理印染废水 被引量:6

Pretreatment and RO Process for Advanced Treatment and Reclamation of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater

摘要 采用预处理/反渗透耦合工艺深度处理印染废水并回用。运行结果表明,此工艺能有效处理印染废水,对色度和浊度的去除率达到100%,对COD的去除率>90%,脱盐率>98%。整体系统运行稳定,出水水质完全符合印染车间的使用要求。 The combined process of pretreatment and RO was used for advanced treatment and reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater. The results show that the combined process can effectively treat printing and dyeing wastewater. The removal rates of color, turbidity and COD are 100%, 100% and more than 90% respectively, and the desalinization rate is more than 98%. The total system operates stably and the treated effluent quality meets the requirement for printing and dyeing process.
