3M Petrifilm Plate Method for Determination of Bacterial Count in Water

采用3M Petrifilm测试片法检测水中的菌落总数,检验了该方法的灵敏度及其与传统平皿计数法检测结果的一致性,结果表明两种方法检测结果的一致性较好,且3M测试片法具有操作简便、灵敏度高的优点,可以作为水质菌落总数检测的新方法。

3M Petrifilm plate method was used to determine the bacterial count in water. The sensitivity of 3 M Petrifilm plate method and its consistency with conventional plate count technique were tested. The results show that the consistency of determination results between both methods is excellent. Due to high sensitivity and simple operation, 3 M Petrifilm plate method is suitable for determination of bacterial count in water.
