摘要
针对惠阳污水厂CAST工艺出水总磷超标问题,对影响生物除磷的因素逐个进行了分析,最后得出导致该厂出水总磷超标的原因是厌氧停留时间不足。为此,增设一台进水泵,增加流量,并将原来的连续进水方式变为间歇进水,最终使出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准,对总磷的去除率达85%左右。
In order to solve the problem that TP in the effluent from CAST process in Huiyang WWTP exceeds the standard, the factors influencing the biological phosphorus removal were analyzed. It is concluded that the reason for exceeding-standard TP in the effluent is that anaerobic HRT is short. Therefore, an influent pump is added to increase the influent quantity, and the continuous influent mode is changed as the intermittent influent mode, so that the effluent quality meets the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002). The removal rate of TP is about 85%.
