医源性盲襻综合征一例
摘要
患者女，52岁。4个月前因十二指肠水平部恶性胃肠道间质瘤于外院行十二指肠水平部切除、十二指肠降部远端关闭、胃空肠侧端吻合、空肠造瘘术（图1）。术后以空肠造瘘维持营养，2个月前进流食后拔除空肠造瘘管后出现恶心、呕吐，呕吐物为含胆汁食物，量约1300ml／d。
