胸主动脉瘤的腔内治疗与截瘫并发症
摘要
在过去10年里，胸主动脉瘤腔内修复术（thoracic aortic aneurysm endovascular repair，TEVAR）由于其微创的优势，使得并发症发生率及死亡率均明显下降，已经逐步代替传统外科手术成为首选的治疗方式。然而，迄今为止无论何种术式，因脊髓缺血而造成截瘫这一灾难性的并发症仍无法完全避免，
