胆汁酸对“817”肉杂鸡营养物质利用率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验研究了日粮中添加不同水平的胆汁酸对"817"肉杂鸡营养物质表观利用率的影响。试验选取1日龄"817"肉杂鸡640只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理设4个重复,对照组为基础日粮,3个处理组设置3个胆汁酸添加水平200、400、600mg/kg。试验结果显示:添加200、400、600mg/kg胆汁酸,平均日增重提高(P<0.05),料重比降低(P<0.05),粗脂肪和钙的表观利用率提高(P<0.05),经济效益显著。本试验中,日粮添加400mg/kg胆汁酸效果较好。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of bile acid on nutrients utilization in 817 hybrid broilers.The 640 1-day-old 817 hybrid broilers were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 4 replicates of 40 birds.Broilers were fed three leves of dietary bile acid(200,400,600 mg/kg),the basal diet as control diets.The results showed follows:compared with the control diets,the average daily weight of broilers fed with 200,400,600 mg/kg bile acid was increased(P 0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was increased(P 0.05),the crude fat and calcium apparent utilization was increased(P 0.05),and economic benefits was improved.In this trial the optimal bile acid rang of diets was 400 mg/kg for 817 hybrid broilers.
