幼儿肱骨远端全骨骺分离性骨折是肱骨髁上骨折的一种特殊类型,自2002年到2007年共收治幼儿肱骨远端全骨骺分离性骨折10例,取得满意的临床效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组10例,女3例,男7例;年龄15个月～5.5岁,平均41个月;左肘4例,右肘6例。均为外伤引起,均为伸直型、尺偏型、闭合性骨折,无神经损伤。受伤至就诊时间12～48h。
