工商管理专业综合实践教学改革研究——以延边大学为例

Teaching Reforms of Practical Training for Business Administration Major——Taking Yanbian University as an example

对企业单位和延边大学工商管理专业的学生进行的问卷调查表明,社会需要知识面较宽、实践能力较强、综合素质较高的工商管理专业人才,而学生也期望通过实践教学能够培养自身的创新能力、应用能力等。所以,需要对工商管理专业综合实践教学的整体模式和每一个环节的实施方案进行改革,以社会需求为导向,以学生为本,使实践教学更好地为社会和学生的需求服务。

A questionnaire survey of enterprises concerned and students majored in business administration of Yanbian University shows that talents with wide range of knowledge,practical skills and comprehensive qualities are urgently needed on one hand,students expect the practical training at school will enable them innovative and adaptable on the other hand.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the overall teaching mode of business administration and steps of teaching schemes with orientations of student-first and social demand priority so as to ensure the practical training at school meet the needs of society and students as well.
