当前美国对人民币汇率问题的基本立场

摘要今年以来，美国对人民币汇率掀起新一轮施压浪潮，汇率问题再次成为中美博弈的一个新焦点，并将长期影响两国关系。但美国内各界立场并不一致，政府、国会和学界主流要求人民币升值，并提出各种施压方案，而另一些学者、经济分析师和离任官员则对此持谨慎态度，有的甚至持反对意见。
