摘要 空化器是安装在超空泡航行器前端的关键部件,它的基本功能是诱导和促进航行器空泡的生成。为了使水中航行器系统的稳定性和快速性增强,根据k-ω的SST(剪切应力输运)湍流模型,对圆盘空化器的三维空化流动进行数值仿真,对空化流仿真计算的结果,得到了超空泡外形、阻力特性以及空泡最大直径和长度随空化数的变化规律,并与经验公式的计算结果进行对比。研究结果表明比经验公式计算结果具有良好的一致性,说明所采用的湍流模型和数值方法能够准确预报空化流问题,为研究空化流问题提供了一定的参考依据。 Cavitator is the key component of supercavitating vehicle.Its basic function is to induce and motivate the cavity.Based on shear stress transport(SST ) turbulence model of k -ωmodel,this paper carries out the numerical simulation of cavititation flows about disk - cavitor.According to the simulation results of the cavitation flow, the rules for cavitation shape,drag,the largest diameter and length,and cavitation were obtained and compared with the empirical formulas.The results show that the simulation result is consistent with the empirical formulas,and the turbulence model and numerical methods can forecast flow cavitation accurately,which provided the reference for further investigating the cavitation problem.
