麻风神经病理性疼痛流行病学临床特征及危险因素调查

Prevalence clinical features and risk factors investigation of neuropathic pain in leprosy

目的:确定愈后麻风患者神经病理性疼痛的患病率、临床特点及危险因素。方法:对住院村麻风愈后者进行问卷访谈。结果:在275例麻风患者中,126例(45.8%)发生过神经病理性疼痛,其中有9例(7.1%)为调查时仍存在疼痛。男性疼痛患者的平均疼痛强度高于女性患者。Ⅱ型反应为唯一的相关危险因素。结论:麻风患者神经病理性疼痛较为常见,需进一步研究。

Objective： To determine the prevalence, clinical features and risk factors of neuropathic pain in cured leprosy patients. Methods： Patients living in leprosy villages were interviewed with a modified questiormaire. Results： Totally 275 cured leprosy patients were interviewed and 126 （45.8 % ） reported neuropathie pain, of which 9 patients （7.1%） had current pain. The mean pain intensity in male patients was higher than that in female patients. The only relative risk factor was previous type II reaction. Conclusion： Neuropathic pain in cured leprosy patients is common and needs to be studied in future.
