摘要
目的:评价莪术挥发油与氟康唑联合应用对致病性念珠菌的体外抗真菌药物敏感性的影响。方法:采用微量液基稀释法和棋盘微量稀释法,检测氟康唑单独及与莪术挥发油联合应用对阴道念珠菌MIC值的影响。结果:氟康唑单独和与莪术挥发油联合应用对62株念珠菌的MIC值分别为:白念珠菌(2.72±2.22)μg/mL和(2.63±2.30)μg/mL;光滑念珠菌(28.40±30.66)μg/mL和(6.00±4.21)μg/mL;近平滑念珠菌(26.00±26.48)μg/mL和(6.80±5.27)μg/mL;热带念珠菌(7.40±4.99)μg/mL和(3.40±2.63)μg/mL;克柔念珠菌(64.00±00)μg/mL和(18.00±10.07)μg/mL。结论:莪术挥发油与氟康唑联合应用能显著降低氟康唑对阴道念珠菌的MIC值。
Objective: To assess the effect on autifungal sensitivity of a combination of Zedoray Turmeric Oil with fluconazole to vaginal Candida in vitro. Methods: Susceptibility test based on NCCLS- M27 - A program was used to test MICs of fluconazole and a combination of fluconazole with Zedoray Turmeric Oil to six common isolated Candida strains. Results: The MICs of fluconazole and the combination of fluconazole with Zedoray Turmeric Oil in 62 isolated strains were C. albicans 2.72±2.22μg/mL and 2.63±2.30 μg/mL; C. glabrata 28.40±30.66μg/mL and6.00±4.21 μg/ mL ; C . parapsilosis 26.00±26.48 μg/mL and 6.80±5.27 μg/mL ; C . tr opicalis 7.40±4.99 μg/mL and 3.40±2.63 μg/mL and C. krusei 64. 00 μg/mL±00μg/mL and 18. 00±10.07 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: The combination of flueonazole with Zedoray Turmeric Oil may significantly, decrease the MIC of fluconazole to common vaginal Candida strains.
