摘要
临床资料患者男，52岁。因反复红斑、鳞屑伴瘙痒20年，泛发全身3年，加重1个月，于2009年5月6日到我科住院治疗。患者自20年前起，头皮、躯干及四肢陆续出现多处钱币状大小不等的红色皮疹，上覆银白色鳞屑，自觉瘙痒，当地医院诊断为“银屑病”。
