影像诊断数据智能化管理程序的设计及其价值评估

Design and evaluation of intelligent program for the management of diagnositic imaging data

目的设计一种用于快速处理各种影像诊断文字资料的应用程序。方法利用影像诊断各类文字资料的固有规律，通过建立一个可变的标准数据库的方法，用ＦｏｘＰｒｏ２．５设计出用于处理影像诊断文字资料的应用软件。结果该软件具有自动记忆、自动调整功能，可用于预约登记、诊断报告处理、病人查询、统计分析等各种影像诊断数据处理，各类影像诊断数据处理速度显著提高，诊断报告处理速度较手工书写报告速度提高了８７％。结论该软件具有操作简便、处理速度快等优点，具有很高的实用价值和推广应用价值。

Objective To design an application program for the efficient management of diagnostic imaging data. Methods Taking the advantage of the regularity in various sorts of diagnostic imaging data, we designed an intelligent program for the management of diagnostic imaging data with FoxPro 2.5 by of creating a variable standard database. Results This program had the ability of automatic memory and automatic regulation, and could efficiently be used for registering examination, processing reports, locating records and statistics. The speed of processing report by the program was much accelerated and faster than manual writing by 87%. Conclusions Possessing the advantages of friendly user interface and fast report generation, this program was very practical and could be extensively used for the management of various diagnostic imaging data.
