摘要
目的为海绵窦显微外科手术提供解剖学参数。方法在6~20倍手术显微镜放大下,对20例成人头颅进行了海绵窦12个三角解剖学测量。结果测量了上壁4个三角,外侧壁6个三角,后壁2个三角,通过这些三角所显示海绵窦内结构及腔隙的范围。结论应用这些三角解剖学测量可指导与海绵窦相关的手术,安全切开海绵窦上壁、侧壁、后壁。
Objective To put forward anatomy parameter about the cavernous sinus for microneurosurgery. Methods The microsurgical gauge anatomy of twelve triangle in cavernous sinus was studied in 20 adult cadaver brains under microsupe of 5 to 20 magnification. Results All of 4 triangle on the superior wall, 6 triangle on the lateral wall, 2 triangle on the back, were gauged to show content and anatomy cavity about cavernous sinus. Conclusions It may guide microsurgical operation of the cavernous sinus, to avoid injury of important vessels and nerves, when the superior wall, lateral wall and back wall of the cavernous sinus were cut down.
