摘要
传感器布置困难限制了柴油机曲轴轴心轨迹试验测量方法的应用。为此,设计了曲轴轴承轴心轨迹的试验装置,采用实际柴油机的曲轴和轴承构成试验装置的主体,由电机带动曲轴旋转,模拟曲轴运转。在其中的一个轴承的同一个横截面上布置了两个相互垂直的电涡流位移传感器,测试曲轴与位移传感器之间的相对位置变化,并据此得出轴心轨迹图。由于实测的位移信号存在噪声,直接利用该信号得到的轴心轨迹误差很大。设计了低通数字滤波器对位移信号进行了滤波处理,得到了符合实际轴承负荷分布规律的轴心轨迹图。实测数据验证了该方法的可行性。
It is difficult to install sensors in diesel engine crankshaft bearing for measuring of center trail for crankshaft.So a device for measuring center trail of crankshaft has been designed.Actual crankshaft and bearing of diesel engine is adopted.Two mutual vertical vortex sensors are installed in the same cross section of crankshaft bearing.The horizontal and vertical signals were aquired,and then the two signals were indexed by preprocessor,and the high frequency was filtered by low-pass filter.Finally,two signals were superposed and displayed for axle center trail chart.The measured data proved that the method is practicable.
