摘要
利用GT-Power软件建立了某4缸汽油发动机工作过程仿真模型,在验证了该仿真模型的准确性后,分析计算了进气系统管道长度变化对发动机动力性能的影响,从中找出了其影响的规律,并在该规律的指导下对发动机的进气系统管道长度进行了优化。试验结果表明,进气系统管道长度优化的发动机动力性能达到了厂家的要求。
This paper describes how to improve dynamic performance of a 4-cylinder gasoline engine by simulation calculation.At first an engine performance simulation model was set up by GT-Power software based on experimental data,it was proved that the model is reasonable by the comparison between test and simulation results.Then the influence of lengths of engine intake system pipes on engine performance at full load was predicted.As last,engine performance at full load was optimized by varying lengths of the intake system pipes based on authors' design suggestion.The test results shown that the engine with optimized intake system pipes has the required dynamic performance.
